- One year Warranty on parts and service.
- 1-3 days, FREE delivery within METRO MANILA only.
- Transportation charge and accommodations shall be at the expense of Client for delivery outside Metro Manila.
For Information Technology Products
- C.O.D. (For check payment, clearing before delivery), Free except for the in-house wiring which is quoted separately.
- After payments have been fully settled, one (1) time Free Training and Seminar on how to use the software effectively.
- One (1) year warranty is given to hardware on parts and labor from date of purchase but not including system breakdown due to Improper use or mishandling, accident and calamities.
- Tampering of seal voids the warranty.
- Six (6) months limited warranty on the operability of the software product will be given from date of purchase.
- This includes unlimited phone and e-mail support.
- Aforementioned warranty does not include corruption of software or database due to misuse or accident; contamination from internal virus invasion from the company internal network or from external virus infecting the company computer system or network or any internal act of sabotage from any company personnel.
**After the lapse of the warranty period, the Client has the option to avail our Extension of Warranty.

After the warranty covered
All work is warranted:
- Six months warranty for replaced parts.
- Three months warranty for service.
- Repair quotation must be conformed within 10 days other wise storage will apply if not pull out after 15 days.
If you are not in our area, you can still ship us our product for testing and repair. We begin our work on the equipment the day we receive it and return it to you quickly. We make sure that you get quality items at a fair price.
In addition to repairs we can set up service contracts in our service areas, which provide parts, labor, ribbon changes and manufacturer recommended cleaning.
